Cancellation policy

All changes/cancellations must be received by email to KENES GROUP (toll2018-reg@kenes.com). The following cancellation policy will be applied:

• Before April 1st: full refund less 50 € handling fee
• Between April 1st and April 20th 2018, will be penalized with 1 night cancellation fee
• From April 1st or No Show: No refund

The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

Total payment of your registration fee is required to register. All payments must be made in euros in the name of TILESA KENES SPAIN by:

• Credit Card: (Recommended) VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX
  
• Bank Transfer: All payments must be identified with the congress name “Accommodation TOLL Meeting 2018” and participant name. Complete this form in PDF format and with a copy of the bank transfer must be submitted to the Congress secretariat: toll2018-reg@kenes.com.
