Registration fee includes

All attendees, poster presenters, speakers and exhibitors must be registered for the congress.
Please complete your registration by 1st June, 2018 (midnight) using the online registration system. After online registration has closed, registration will be available onsite only.

Social Activities

• Porto Tour: The Porto Tour includes transport, access and personal guide to «6 Bridges Cruise» and visit to the wine cellar «Real Comapnhia Velha Cellars».

Cancellation Terms

Notification of cancellation must be mailed to TILESA KENES SPAIN. toll2018-reg@kenes.com
An administration fee will be charged depending on the cancellation date:

• Cancellation received until April 15th 2018: registration fee refund less 50 € for administrative costs.
• Cancellation received after April 16th 2018: No refund.

Personal Insurance

The meeting organisers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, loss or damage of property belonging to meeting participants, either during, or as a result of the meeting. Please check the validity of your own insurance.
